We know that there are many unknowns and much anxiety during this time of considerable change.

SAFETY & HYGIENE MEASURES

As we continue to receive updates about COVID-19 we are continuing to adhere to all relevant health and hygiene stands as it applies with the guidance of the World Health Organization. Throughout the production and postage process we are encouraging our team to wash their hands in-between picking and packaging each order. We have also limited the amount of orders each employee can complete at a time while completing wellness checks daily.

DELIVERY SAFETY MEASURES

To ensure that you receive your order within a timely manner, we are working closely with UPS to ensure that they are operating at full shipping capacities. At this time UPS is holding their employees especially drivers to its highest standard to take all of safety measures remain in place.

 DELIVERY DELAYS

DUE TO COVID-19, ALL ORDERS STARTING MARCH 15,2020 WILL BE SHIPPED OUT USING UPS AND THERE HAS BEEN A SLIGHT PRICE INCREASE IN SHIPPING. PLEASE EXPECT DELAYS THAT ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL DUE TO FLIGHT AND TRANSPORT DELAYS.
