Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days

Shipments that have gone through order processing will ship out immediately regardless of a holiday and are delivered upon the delivery schedule of the USPS office.

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

A. Taylor Intimates will send out a confirmation for received orders as soon as order is placed. The shipping confirmation will arrive via email or text message. The best way to track your order is to download the free app SHOP which will show each step of the shipping process, including delivery.

Damages

A. Taylor Intimates is not liable for any products damaged after shipment has been delivered. If you received your order damaged, upon opening for the first time please contact our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. When contacting us about damages please email pictures immediately on day of arrival to aiesha.taylor@outlook.com

International Shipping Policy

At this time, we are currently only shipping within the US, however if you would like to request shipping in your country, please put in a request on the contact us page.
